How it works

Airflow plus pressure, not airflow alone.

A blower has to deliver enough air at the pressure created by liquid depth, diffuser losses and sludge density. Thick sludge or uncertain diffuser condition needs more safety margin than clean water.

  • Uses FujiMAC datasheet duty points currently held in the product catalogue.
  • Calculates estimated required pressure from depth and system type.
  • Plots the site duty against each recommended FujiMAC option so the over-spec margin is visible.
